About the role

Wealth Management Marketing drives growth by enhancing brand awareness, consideration, and conversion across client segments: self-directed (E*TRADE), employer programs (Morgan Stanley at Work), and advised relationships via Financial Advisors. The Integrated Marketing Strategy team delivers integrated, differentiated, and impactful marketing programs that scale all client segments. These centrally managed initiatives ensure consistent messaging and support segment-specific marketing teams.

Role Summary
We are seeking a collaborative and dynamic individual to join the Integrated Marketing Strategy Programs team. In this role, you will help develop, execute, and measure the impact of cohesive cross-segment marketing programs that align with client needs and business objectives. You will support strategic initiatives across client segments—including loyalty programs, events, governance, and digital signage—while thriving in a team-based, client-focused, and results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Amplify Wealth Management cross‑segment programs to maximize reach, engagement, and impact across target audiences by developing scalable frameworks and repeatable processes.
  • Work on virtual event preparation and production, including speaker coordination needs, vendor liaison, event communications, tracking and reporting performance with actionable insights.
  • Support cross-segment initiatives, including loyalty programs, events, governance, and signage by collaborating with stakeholders, submitting production tickets, and managing deliverables to ensure cohesive execution and alignment across business areas.
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic recommendations and support decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of cross-segment strategy presentations by gathering relevant statistics, conducting research, and crafting compelling storytelling.
  • Work with partners to manage the legal and compliance review and approval process for team materials, while engaging with Financial Advisors and other internal teams to support their needs and ensure alignment with cross-segment initiatives.

Knowledge and Skills Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or related field.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in complex business environments. 
  • Strong interpersonal, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) and working with AI.
  • Digital marketing and event planning experience, a plus.
  • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) credentials, a plus.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $58,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
