Project Manager - Production Cloud

Job Description

• Support the transition of new organizations (direct clients, agencies and production studios)
• Deploy the most accurate and efficient configuration of our technology stack - ProdigiousCloud
• Manage client relations
• Prepare and deliever training sessions
• Monitor KPI’s and drive process and platform optimization
• Collaborate with Production teams in different Business and geographical areas
• Support the documentation of production processes, understand major pain points
• Identify opportunities to automate or to increase efficiencies further
• Feed IT Roadmap to help fill gaps and automate where possible
• Transfer knowledge to your peers, local and global integration teams

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in software industry (project/process/change management)
• Experience in communication/digital/production industry is not mandatory but would be an added value
• Can share examples of successful process optimization projects and/or B2B platform deployments in the past
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory 
• Analytical and teaching abilities
• Attention to detail and dedication to the accuracy and reliability of information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
