About the role: 
As a Digital Enablement Consultant at Boston Scientific (BSC), you will be responsible for driving the adoption and optimization of digital tools and technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales Enablement, IT, and external vendors to identify opportunities for digital transformation and develop strategies to enhance the digital capabilities of Close the Gap.
 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing digital enablement strategies to drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies. 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement.
• Providing training and support to users to ensure the effective use of digital tools and technologies.
• Analyzing data and metrics to measure the impact of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging digital trends and technologies and making recommendations for their adoption.
• Managing digital projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. 

 

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital enablement or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce.com and Showpad
• Systems testing
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools, such as JIRA
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and visualization tools
• Experience managing and organizing digital content
• Experience designing user interfaces and user experiences with FIGMA
• Project management experience with Microsoft Project and Monday.com

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

 

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
