Transporter - CMC Surgery Services - Per Diem - 8 Hour - Variable Shift

Job Description:

The Nursing Assistant/Transporter is an unlicensed member of the nursing team who assists with the nursing care and transport of designated patients, under the supervision of a registered nurse, and assists with other unit functions related to patient care.

Experience:

• 6 Months Healthcare - Patient Care - Preferred

Certifications/Licensures:

• Nursing Assistant - Certified (CNA) - Required at time of hire

• BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association - Required

Skills:

• A high degree of organizational skills, ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands and the ability to complete tasks under strict time lines is required.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Work Shift:

08.0 Per Diem No Waive (United States of America)

Pay Range:

$33.41 - $43.56

Hourly

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.
Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
