This is a full-time, direct placement for Main Enterprises, Inc.

Main Enterprises, Inc is a fully equipped plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning company headquartered in Stratford, Connecticut. Emerging as one of Connecticut's largest major mechanical contracting companies, Main Enterprises applies new technologies, refuses complacency, and has done so for over 100 years.

Summary:
Our work includes exciting new and renovation projects ranging in size from single story to high rise buildings as well as medical, institutional, and industrial facilities (occasional residential). We build & install high quality HVAC systems utilizing in-house fabricated metal-air duct distribution systems.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Relevant Connecticut trade license (SM-I ,2,3 or 4) only one needed.
• Possess or able to be trained for OSHA 10/30 certification
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Willing to work independently or as part of a large team
• Attention to quality & detail
• Execute and follow Company required documentation, paperwork including submittals, timesheets, daily reports, etc.
• Knowledge of HVAC building code requirements
• Basic knowledge of the complete mechanical system
• Knowledge of trade materials, tools, means & methods
• Reliable transportation
• Demonstrate safe use of trade-related power and hand tools
• Safety conscience
• Honest and integrity-driven
• Quality-oriented
• Good communication
• Must possess a valid Connecticut driver's license
• High School or equivalent degree
