Financial Analyst

Ichor Systems has an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst, located in Tualatin, OR. Reporting to the Director of FP&A. This position is part of the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, supporting all financial planning and analysis activities. This includes budgeting, forecasting, development of management reports, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

In this role, you will provide financial insights and decision-making support to key finance and business leaders. Responsibilities include leading monthly reviews of actual financial performance versus budget and forecast, designing and development of new reporting processes and improving overall financial reporting accuracy.

Specific job duties:
Prepare financial projections and analyze trends across the business
Develop and design new processes and tools supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function
Review and prepare financial analysis for Ichor’s global manufacturing sites
Analyze and report on defined operational metrics to support headcount planning and tracking
Assist in preparation of quarterly Board of Directors and Audit Committee review packages
Prepare weekly consolidation and reporting of dashboard metrics for all sites 
Assist with special projects as assigned by management and executive staff
Maintain high-level of work independently under moderate supervision

Position Requirements:
2-5 years finance, accounting, analysis and/or related work experience
B.S. in Finance or Accounting preferred
Previous experience with accounting software/systems, Oracle Cloud, Planful, Power BI preferred
Excellent financial analysis and quantitative skills
Solid time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
Good verbal and written communication skills
