He’s the Solution Ministries exists to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ through weekly messages, community outreach, and the annual Be Bold 4 Jesus event—a dynamic, life-changing gathering that encourages believers to boldly live out their faith. We are seeking a mission-driven, results-oriented individual to serve as our Director of Operations and help steward the vision God has given us. 

Position Summary:

The Director of Operations will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of ministry operations and major events—including the flagship Be Bold 4 Jesus conference. This person will work directly with our leadership team to ensure our outreach efforts, communications, vendor management, and logistical execution are aligned with our mission and excellence standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Management: Lead all logistics for the annual Be Bold 4 Jesus conference including vendor coordination, budget management, timelines, travel, speaker arrangements, volunteer recruitment, and day-of execution. 
• Ministry Operations & Management: Oversee weekly Sunday message operations, online ministry initiatives, email communications, scheduling, and ministry resources. 
• Team Leadership: Supervise staff and volunteers, manage workflows, and ensure clear communication across departments.   
• Growth Initiatives: We are looking to grow the Be Bold 4 Jesus Event to multiple locations around the country per year.  The Director of Operations will have a vital role in these growth initiatives.   
• Partnerships & Vendors: Manage the Staff that creates and maintains the relationships with sponsors.  Work with the development staff, sponsors, contractors, venues, and suppliers to ensure professional and faith-aligned collaborations. 
• Budget Oversight: Manage operating and event budgets, ensuring stewardship of ministry funds and cost-effective practices. 
• Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timelines and messaging are aligned with ministry goals and event promotions. 

Qualifications:

• A strong and mature Christian faith with alignment to the mission and values of He’s the Solution Ministries and the Be Bold 4 Jesus Event. 
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, event planning, and/or nonprofit/ministry leadership. 
• Proven experience in managing large-scale events or conferences. 
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Experience managing through Servant Leadership. 
• Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and CRM/email marketing platforms is a plus. 
• Ability to work flexible hours around key events, including some evenings and weekends. 
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
