This position can be filled using a hybrid approach, with the option to work in our Berlin or Hamburg office for two days per week.

What Will You Do

• Interchange between Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable roles

• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable billing reconciliation

• Invoices and credit note preparations

• Customer / Advertiser and Ops / Supply team Enquiries

• Data maintenance for Advertiser/Customer and Publisher

• Regular Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables Postings

• Preparation of bad debt provision

• Review and post rebates

• Deferred income/prepayment postings

• Initiate publisher payment runs

• Support weekly Cash Flow Planning and aging reports

• Analyze and explain variances in revenue and cost of sales

• accrual postings, intercompany postings, VAT bookings

• Audit support, Internal audit and compliance

• Backfill Supply/Vendor’s billing

Requirements

What Will You Bring

• University Degree in Accounting

• Must have minimum 3 years work experience in Accounting

• IFRS/ US GAAP knowledge and strong Excel Skills are required

• Professional Accounting Qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, HGB etc. is highly desired

• Experience with ERP systems - preferred experience with Microsoft Business Central and Oracle Netsuite

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment and navigate through large datasets

• Structured way of working with strong attention to detail. Candidate should also have a strong sense of urgency and take responsibility for their domain

• Excellent English communication skills
