Responsibilities

This friendly professional will answer customer calls within a busy call-center environment, schedule customer service appointments, and enter data into a computer system. Responding in a timely fashion to customer queries, this individual will take care of our customers’ needs by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication are priority one!
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Must be reliable, ability to work a 40 hour week (Saturdays OR Sundays required)
• Availability to work between 11:00am - 8:00pm
• Sense of urgency coupled with great organizational skills
• Prior work experience with in a call center...is a HUGE plus!
