What to expect:

We are looking for a professional willing to develop his/her career in the areas of Maintenance and Configuration Engineering, within Aerospace/Defence field.

 

Maintenance:

• Knowledge of the maintenance program definition process following either MSG-3 or S4000P
• Understanding of the MRB (Maintenance Review Board) process
• Carry out Maintenance Significant Item (MSI) MSG-3 analysis or PMA system anlysis to determine maintenance tasks for systems
• Carry out Strutural Significant Item (SSI) MSG-3 analysis or PMA structrual anlysis to determine maintenance tasks for structures
• Carry out Zonal Significant Item (ZSI) MSG-3 analysis or PMA Zonal anlysis to determine maintenance tasks for zones
• Carry out Failure Mode Effedt and Criticality analysis FMEC

Configuration:

 The role will involve receiving and understanding inputs from several sources, such as Design Office, Airworthiness Directives, Aircraft Modifications, Service Bulletins, ... and determine the preliminar impact that this can cause downstream in the affected service areas. These areas are:

• Technical Publications
• Training
• IPD
• Maintenance Programs
• Simulators
• AGE (Aircraft Ground Equipment)
• Light Operations
• Reference Data
• Supportability

A service configuration control engineer is in charge of performing the initial assesment of impact, redirecting them to the affected service areas and following up on the implementation proccess.

What you bring along:

• Educated to University degree level in Aeronautical/Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of related professional experience.

• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance.

• English: intermediate level.

• Knowledge of office automation (Excel, Word, etc.)
