The vision of the Brand Experience and Excellence team is to make Amazon the most attractive place for (1) Customers to buy products from Brands, and (2) Brands to sell their products and deliver a great Customer experience. One of the key pillars of this vision is ‘New Selection success’. New selection is a key driver of Amazon’s flywheel and CX and represents a large share of shipped units each year. Our mission in this pillar is to help Brands drive discoverability, credibility and conversion on valuable new selection and thereby, deliver great shopping experience for our Customers. Our first offering is Amazon Vine, where we invite customers who’ve earned trust in the Amazon community for their insightful reviews to serve as Vine Voices. Voices request products they want to review and try them out free of charge and share their honest, unbiased opinions in a review. Vine helps brands increase discoverability and conversion on their products. Hundreds of new products from all types of categories are added daily to the program.
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager who will own and drive the global Selling Partner (Brands) experience for the Amazon Vine Program and expansion of the New Selection Success charter. The PM’s main duties are to: (1) Conduct qualitative and quantitative deep dives to define key north star metric and input metrics, (2) Create a working backwards program strategy and roadmap, including experiments to run, (3) Influence cross-Amazon teams and leadership via clear written and verbal communication, (4) Write detailed business requirements for feature launches, (5) Collaborate extensively with diverse cross functional teams such as engineering, marketing and finance to deliver projects, (6) Own end-end project tracking/ management for implementation, (7) Set up milestones, goals to measure progress and report on them, and (8) Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiencies, where possible.
As a program leader on this charter, you are someone who is comfortable with metrics and tech systems, thrives in ambiguity, has experience in launching programs, experiences and processes ground up, is very good with written and verbal communication skills, is willing to roll up your sleeves and drive results. You must have sound business judgment and the ability to think strategically with a long-term vision about this fast-growing space, while being able to execute on tactical details. The pay-off is high ownership, an ability to deliver Amazon wide impact, face time with cross-Amazon verticals, variety of work, and the ability to grow in the role.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Seattle, WA, USA
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working cross functionally with tech teams
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefi

Basic Qualifications
