Job Summary:
The Corporate Recruiter participates in a variety of recruitment activities to ensure Alsco’s recruitment process is efficient and effective. This position is based out of Alsco's corporate office in downtown Salt Lake City. Following the successful completion of training, the role offers a hybrid schedule of three in-office days and two remote workdays per week, subject to business needs. The position creatively sources potential candidates and ensures an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Annual base pay: $75,000 - $82,000
Essential Functions:
· Manage an average of 20-25 open requisitions at any given time.
· Fill between 10-15 requisitions every 30 days, with an average time to fill of 30 days.
· Prepare job postings and other materials in accordance with Alsco's recruitment standards.
· Leverage social media, multiple network sources, online tools, industry relationships, university partnerships and community involvement to identify and recruit top talent.
· Respond to hiring managers with regard to inquiries about recruitment activities and status of job vacancies.
· Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and develop interview questions and conduct interviews with the hiring manager in a manner that is efficient and equitable.
· Interview, rank, and short list candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and Alsco’s recruitment policies.
· Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the job specifications so successful candidates have all the information needed to make an employment decision.
· Occasionally represent Alsco at job fairs to promote the business to potential candidates.
· Consult with leaders regarding best practices.
· Collaborate with other members of the TA Team to drive efficiency and performance.
· Track and report relevant metrics.
· Ensure efficient utilization of applicant tracking system (UKG Pro) and features to optimize recruitment outcomes.
Additional Functions:
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Talent acquisition related certification (Preferred).
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Solid business acumen and the ability to create and demonstrate the value of talent acquisition for the business.
· Proven talent acquisition capability with 2-3 years of experience.
· Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity.
· Ability to work with limited supervision and high motivation.
· Good reasoning abilities, sound judgment.
· Solid computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
· Experience with UKG Pro, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiting (Preferred).
· Experience in legal compliance with various laws and regulations covering Equal Employment Opportunities.
Travel Requirements:
· Some travel may be required; less than 10%
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (Preferred).
