About the RoleWe are looking for full-time clinical therapists who want to build a new way of delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to children 0-14. We hire mental health providers who are excited to work at an early-stage startup and impact the accessibility of exceptional behavioral health for children and families.

About the RoleWe are looking for full-time clinical therapists who want to build a new way of delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to children 0-14. We hire mental health providers who are excited to work at an early-stage startup and impact the accessibility of exceptional behavioral health for children and families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy via the Little Otter platform to children ages 0-14 years old, parents, and families
- Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc.
- Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans
- Participate in an optional weekly case review and clinical team meeting
About You:
- Masters level therapists independently licensed in Florida, ie.Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Demonstrated experience in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices
- Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care.
- Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families and excited to work at an early-stage startup to impact the way we provide these exceptional virtual services!
Schedule:
- 32 hours a week or 40 hours a week options
- 80% of clinical time will be scheduled between 3-8pm EST or on the weekend to accommodate children' s schedules
Compensation: We provide a base salary plus quarterly incentive pay model:40 hours a week: ~ 88,500/yr32 hours a week: ~ $70,800/yr
