About the role

We are currently hiring a Supply Chain Planner in Boston, MA (Hybrid).

The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for the development and maintenance of supply plan of assigned finished goods, considering shelf-life expiration, while balancing network demands with supply capabilities to maintain target stock levels and support on time shipments to customers. The position works closely with brewing, procurement, and distribution to align production plans with company goals connected to inventory management and maintaining low levels of obsolescence.

What You'll Brew:

  • Proactively identify supply constraints and propose solutions
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inventory pre-builds with Manufacturing to compensate for periods of capacity limitations
  • Generate supply plan on a regular basis and communicate potential inventory or customer service gaps or risks to cross functional partners
  • Work with the Supply Chain to identify opportunities for improvement related to capacity planning, productivity and plan attainment metrics through Continuous Improvement efforts as well as planning system parameters
  • Build strong relationships with various internal capabilities and be able to address day-to-day issues and to ensure timely resolution
  • Identify opportunities & drive innovations within the Integrated Supply Chain
  • Escalate any supply chain related issues for awareness and action using the correct sense of urgency
  • Manage various ad-hoc reports from large, complex data sets using Excel
  • Review and revise production and fulfillment plans as required by changes in the sales forecast or manufacturing schedules

Level: 6

In accordance with pay transparency laws the salary range for this role if hired is $61,200– $109,200 annually based on location and the experience level of the candidate. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in preferably in Operations Management, Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning or logistics
  • Excel and a high degree of comfort learning and working with networked computer systems

Preferred Requirements

  • APICS Certification a plus
