As a Sr. Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Working with all OIC Regions globally in training and supporting SD processes and tools with a focus on Upstream Chemicals.
- Ensuring all program requirements are being met by all regions
- Administering the investigation, corrective action identification and corrective action closure process for FRACAS (SD nonconformance) incidents.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or industry equivalent experience
- 10+ yrs of professional work experience in oil and gas industry
Desired Characteristics:
- Strong Organizational skills
- Self Starter and able to adhere to crisp timelines
- Strong experience with enterprise digital systems – e.g. SAP, WorkDay, Concur, Job Center, Kahuna etc
- Skilled in interpersonal relations – conflict resolution and driving outcomes through influence
