The Position/Role 

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley is seeking candidates with previous transportation experience. Driver will be responsible for assisting staff by providing transportation to and from satellite facilities and the main hotel building.   

 

Responsibilities 

• Provides a safe and comfortable ride for hotel employees.  

• Follows all local traffic laws and regulations.  

• Assures that the van/bus is in good repair. Maintains appropriate logs noting trips taken and times of arrival and departure.  

• Has strong knowledge of the area streets so that the employees can be transported to and from their destination in the shortest possible time. 

• Assures that vehicle has had its scheduled maintenance and reports operation difficulties that may arise.  

• Maintains the cleanliness of all shuttles throughout shift and periodic deep cleaning.  

• Adheres to the schedule provided by Front Office/Guest Services or People and Culture and promptly reports concerns with meeting the desired schedule.  

• Respond to an employee emergency and provide first aid if required.  

• Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the property.  

• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.  

• Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
