Job Location: Irvine, California
Job Type: Full Time
Rate of Pay: $163,363/yr. - $173,400/yr.
Job Duties: Responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the infrastructure (private clouds and public clouds such as AWS/Azure/GCP) solutions and all server hardware, networking, and services. Define technology standards, trouble-shoots complex issues, and serve as an escalation point. Work with other teams across all technology stacks: Backup, Storage, Disaster Recovery (DR), Applications, IT & Business Management, and Network & Infrastructure. Present innovative computing solutions using technical best practices, concepts, and technologies. Participate in developing the strategy and initiatives for the services team and assist with driving development and execution. Assist the team in the prioritization and development of key activities, tools to use and technical implementation programs. Perform equipment configuration, firmware updates, and system checks. Monitor and maintain optimal environmental conditions, including temperature and humidity levels. Ensure proper power and cooling connections for equipment. Conduct routine maintenance tasks on systems, storage, networks, services (ie. containers, SaaS, PaaS, etc.) Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, services, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
