Our Procurement department is responsible for managing the bank’s third-party spend and ensuring our partnerships are efficient, compliant, and sustainable. As a working student, you will support our Strategic Buyers and Vendor Managers in the end-to-end procurement process, from initial market research to contract archiving.</p> <h4>Your Role</h4> <ul> <li>Assist in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process by preparing documents, coordinating deadlines with bidders, and summarizing offer comparisons.</li> <li>Maintain and update vendor master data in our systems to ensure high data quality for regulatory reporting.</li> <li>Conduct research on potential new suppliers, innovative technologies, and market trends to support strategic sourcing decisions.</li> <li>Assist in gathering necessary due diligence documents (e.g., ISO certificates, sustainability reports) from vendors to meet DORA and MaRisk requirements.</li> <li>Help prepare monthly spend analyses and KPI dashboards for senior management using Excel or Business Intelligence tools.</li> <li>Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding procurement guidelines and the status of purchase orders.</li> </ul> <h4>We'd love to see </h4> <p>Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities and scope of role will range.
