CareRev is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer who will be responsible for working closely with engineers, architects, and business partners to develop and deliver best-in-class processes. You’ll build customizations that support efficient, data-driven work as we centralize operations within Salesforce. The focus will be on discovery and iteration toward “building stuff that works,” while balancing reactive work (e.g. resolution of production issues in system/feature performance), and the role will be a thought leader/partner in developing solutions, solving for optimization, and enriching internal processes. The role will be highly collaborative with fellow CareRevengineers, CareRevers, and customers as you help shape and mold our marketing, sales, implementation, and support teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Contribute to short and long-range plans based on the roadmap
- Develop automations, Lightning Web Components, and integrations between Salesforce and other SaaS and bespoke applications
- Architect’s mindset to not only develop, but also advise on declarative customization and data model construction
- Configure solutions within the Salesforce platform and/or perform custom development where needed
- Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and other applications
- Demonstrate ownership for features post-release, including long-term deliveries and follow-up releases
- Implement and manage a modern development process from feature inception to production deployment
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years engineering experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- 4+ years engineering experience languages such as Java, Ruby, or Python
- Familiarity with Salesforce CI/CD pipelines such as Gearset or Copado
- Experience with Mulesoft platform
- Experience with declarative Salesforce functionality like Flows and Process Builder
- Experience working with third party APIs
- Familiarity with other integration and iPaaS platforms such as Boomi or Workato
- Familiarity with AWS
- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Familiarity with project management/agile
- Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and influence design choices
- Salesforce certifications a plus
The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,137.00 - $178,700.00. Equity, bonus or commission and benefits may also be provided as part of the total compensation package, depending on the position offered. If given an offer, the exact salary amount offered will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience, education and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence.
