CMA/LPN - Primary Care Clinic - FT 7:30a-4p

Under the direct supervision of the Clinics Administrator/Clinic Manager performs selected patient-care tasks for patients of all ages, genders, cultures, and backgrounds in the clinic setting. In addition, laboratory and office duties are performed as needed. This position has no supervisory responsibility.

Schedule

This position is generally scheduled full-time 7:30a-4p (40 hours per week). No evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications 

• Successful completion of medical assistant education with a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited program and certification with the AAMA, RMA, or NRCMA within 6 months of hire.

- OR -

• Current CMA certification with the NCCT, ARMA, or CCMA and completion of a medical assistant education program approved by Broadlawns Medical Center.

AND

• Ability to satisfactorily complete Broadlawns Medical Center Pharmacology requirements prior to providing care independently.

• Ability to successfully pass BLS certification (health care provider), if not already current with certification, prior to providing care independently.
