The compensation target for this role is: $21.75Job Summary
The shift for this role is Monday - Wednesday, 7a - 7:30p. The Production Operator - Max II will produce products in our manufacturing environment. Max Operator II’s will operate and maintain machinery, ensure production standards are met and send completed orders to the Scrim area for further production.Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle equipment starting and stopping activities during each designated shift.
Load and unload items from machines and dollies
Make sure that appropriate safety measures are considered at every step of the production process.
Pull damaged or faulty items from the Max machine, as needed.
Ensure that any equipment or tool malfunction is immediately reported.
Record data at each step of the production cycle
Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift
Check finished product for problems or faults and isolate any damaged or inconsistent item immediately
Ensure proper labelling of finished items and ensure that they are packaged properly
Advocate safety practices to the rest of the production staff.
Required Skills, Education, Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment preferred

Remaining in stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions.

Communicating with others to exchange information.
Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned.
