Maintenance Officer-Property (Residential) (Ref: 260000HC)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of multi-disciplinary Tradesmen for in-house and outsourced day-to-day maintenance and repair works of building fabrics and building services systems in the residential properties managed by the Corporation
• Coordinate with respective units on work schedules and commissioning to ensure compliance with the corporate safety requirements
• Attend meetings with residents, developers, contractors and the Owners’ Committee meetings to address technical enquiries and issues

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in a related engineering discipline, preferably in Building Services
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience gained in residential / commercial properties
• Solid experience in electrical and air-conditioning systems, building services systems and contractor management

Remarks

• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
