Apply now!</p> <p> </p> <p>Job Title: Job Title: Architect Senior Specialist - ServiceNow IT Operations Management / CMDB (m/f/d) </p> <p>  </p> <p>What you’ll do </p> <p> </p> <p>As an Architect Senior Specialist on our team, you will define solution architecture for configuration management defining detailed CMDB structure and concepts on our harmonized ServiceNow landscape used by thousands of users across the globe. You will closely collaborate with business owners, product managers, architects and other experts in an agile environment. In your daily business, you will make technical and architecture concepts for the ServiceNow CMDB, contribute to implementation, and operations of SAP’s Service Management applications and landscape. You should be able to understand business demands, design corresponding solution architectures and drive CMDB implementation with the agile development team. In the program you are leading based on your deep expertise and dedication to establish a reliable CMDB making CIs the core enabler of our processes. </p> <p> </p> <p>Concretely, you will: </p> <ul> <li>Lead solution architecture for ITOM Configuration Management / CMDB </li> <li>Responsible for CMDB design &amp; structure and improvements and data quality for our &gt;20 million CIs  </li> <li>Understand and govern underlying data structures of our infrastructure and cloud environments represented in our CMDB </li> <li>Work closely with sprint teams to ensure architectural design is transferred in working products  </li> <li>Responsible for architectural design, development, and refactoring across multiple agile teams </li> <li>Become proficient with business processes and transfer business demands to reliable CMDB structure </li> <li>As a Solution Architect, act as thought leader for other team members </li> <li>Applying DevOps mindset to take operational responsibility for the provided solutions  </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What you bring </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Academic degree (Bachelor or Master) in Information Technology, Software engineering, business informatics or related fields </li> <li>3+ years of professional working experience in architecture or development (with focus on ServiceNow configuration management / CMDB) </li> <li>Experience in designing a CMDB for large-scale IT systems/Cloud Environments </li> <li>Experience in agile application delivery processes, procedures &amp; agile implementation methods (e.g. SAFe) </li> <li>Good IT/Cloud knowledge with particular focus on enterprise applications and application architecture </li> <li>Experience in architecture development methods like UML, BPMN documentation methodologies and requirements analysis and application architecture design based on it </li> <li>Leader and team player – give guidance and show excellent coordination skills, passionate about execution, motivated and self-managed </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Meet your team </p> <p> </p> <p>We are responsible for harmonizing and optimizing SAP’s support &amp; cloud operations processes and parts of security operations on a user-centric, innovative platform, focused on delivering a simple, stable, effective and desirable internal (for SAP employees) and external (for SAP customers) customer service management.
