The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our skilled nursing facility ensuring the highest standards of care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and employee engagement. This role requires a strategic leader with a passion for serving seniors, the ability to foster strong relationships with residents and families, and a proven track record in operational excellence.

The Role: 

  • Provide overall leadership and management of daily operations within the skilled nursing facility. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain high resident satisfaction and quality of care outcomes. 
  • Lead, mentor, and support department leaders and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. 
  • Drive initiatives that support continuous improvement, staff development, and operational innovation. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Georgia. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field. 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or senior living environment. 
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
