Sr. Financial Analyst
The Harrow Health Accounting and Finance Team is searching for a Sr Financial Analyst to join the team as we build out best-in-class finance processes for our branded pharmaceutical business. This person needs to be a leader and go-getter who can take full ownership of their area. This position requires building relationships with Commercial and Market Access to ensure information is flowing from the business to Accounting and then to FP&A. When issues arise, this person should be ambitious, ready to determine the root cause and the path forward. Our team needs a competent, dependable, and flexible partner willing to learn from others and coach teammates.
The Senior Financial Analyst responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Subject matter expert of Harrow’s Gross to Net revenue financial reporting
- Reading and comprehending contracts, then utilizing accounting knowledge to record the related transactions.
- Creating and maintaining gross-to-net models, ensuring that revenue accounting is complete and accurate.
- Compiling and reviewing government pricing calculations and working with third party providers to have ready for sign-off by the CFO.
- Assisting with ad-hoc accounting and FP&A projects, driving change, and implementing enhanced processes
- Assisting with the annual financial statement audit, in particular areas of subject matter expertise and knowledge (e.g., revenue)
- Working with accountants to ensure general ledger revenue accounts conform with US GAAP; calculating and explaining variance analysis.
- Performing ad-hoc accounting research, making recommendations for proper revenue accounting treatment and documenting transactions

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must be able to work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements.
