Director - Project Management

Job Summary

Provides strategic support, direction, guidance, and management of operation and capital projects.

Essential Functions

• Oversees all aspects of a project over the entire project life-cycle. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of project in order to affirm a precise delivery timeframe.
• Directs the development, implementation, and management of integration project plans and providing project support for integration projects.
• Develops methods to regularly and accurately report progress, issues, and concerns for all projects being supported, as well as assists with the management of timelines, risk management, and issue logs.
• Serves as liaison between operating units to ensure expeditious resolution to issues and provide necessary resources to appropriate customers.

Physical Requirements

Must be mobile within entire facilities. Must climb, lift, crawl, squat, and kneel to observe work and conditions. Lifting less than 50 pounds required occasionally.

Education, Experience and Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree preferred. Operations management experience required. 8 years of relevant project management experience required. Healthcare experience preferred
