What will you be doing?
Allurion is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support the production, sale, and shipment of medical devices. The Warehouse Specialist, reporting to the Warehouse Manager and working alongside other Warehouse Specialists, will be responsible for a multitude of warehouse activities including receiving, packing, staging, and working with freight providers to complete both domestic and international shipping.
The Warehouse Specialist will maintain efficient warehouse operations and propose efficiency improvements. All actions require high attention to detail to ensure all compliance and quality standards are maintained. This role will work out of both our Natick, MA and Hudson, MA Warehouse.
What we’re looking for in you:
- High School diploma or equivalent certification
- 3+ years of experience in preparing and packing customer orders in a warehouse environment
- Rigorous attention to detail with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems creatively, independently, and efficiently.
- Ability to stand for long periods and bend / lift items up to 50 pounds.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to commute to work in two locations, Hudson and Natick, MA

Location:
This role is based in Natick, MA and Hudson, MA. Work will take place in both locations.
Travel:
There is potential for some travel for company sponsored events.
Hours:
This role is day shift, 6:30 a.m. -3 p.m. or 7:30-4:00 p.m. EST
