Heavy Production Associate

Dempsey Uniform is hiring Production Associates for our Sunbury, PA plant. Looking for a first shift job with weekends and holidays off? We've got you covered! Work full-time from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

What You'll Do:

• Soil Linen Sorter: Sort dirty items like sheets, pillowcases, and towels from our customers.
• Washroom: Prepare and transfer soiled items through our industrial washing and drying process.

Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a solid track record of reliable work performance
• Pass extensive pre-employment checks (background check and drug screen)
• Have reliable transportation to get to work on time
• Meet the physical demands of the job, including: Standing for 10 hours a day; Bending, twisting, and squatting; Repetitive hand motions like grasping
• Lifting at least 15 lbs
• Perform all duties safely and follow OSHA standards
• Report any unsafe conditions or practices to management promptly
• Perform other duties as assigned
