Summary
The Senior Analyst - Performance Management position will provide support in analyzing financial and operational data, evaluating business performance and implementing improvement initiatives across the institution. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, shaping the data-driven solutions of financial and operational excellence, conduct data query and analysis, advanced model development, and various forms of reporting.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and develop analytic reports and performance management documentation
◦ Collect data from various sources and information systems, communicate with various departments and reconcile completeness and accuracy
◦ Analyze and interpret complex financial and operational data involving profitability, forecasting, trend analysis, scenario planning, and business performance (KPIs)
◦ Apply advanced analytics to deliver reports and dashboards, identify areas for improvement and present data-driven insights for decision making by senior management
◦ Lead and/or assist in design, execute, and automate data queries and analytics using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Python
◦ Lead and/or assist in development of new analytical reporting, automate business actions, and improve current processes as needed
◦ Ensure data integrity and quality by validating raw data input, calculations, and reporting outputs
◦ Assist manager to communicate strategy and analytical results in an actionable and non-technical manner
◦ Monitor and streamline performance tracking process, prepare internal routine reports, status updates and administrative documents
◦ Research and identify industry benchmark for business performance and continuous improvement
◦ Conduct industry benchmarking and peer competitive analysis to identify industry best practices for financial and operational performance
◦ Evaluate company/division/group/departmental performance against best-in-class standards and identify performance gaps
◦ Translate benchmarking insights into actionable recommendations that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
◦ Stay abreast of emerging tools in performance analytics to continuously enhance analytical capabilities and company reports
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as necessary
◦ Other duties as assigned
Compensation Range
$58,000 - $63,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Education & Experience
• Bachelors Degree Required
• Masters Degree Preferred
• 3 - 5 Years of direct experience in Business Analytics Required
• 4 - 7 Years of direct experience in Business Analytics, Finance or Applied Math Preferred
