Core Responsibilities:
Deliver Customer Service Excellence by elevating Detailed, professional, effective order management and service to partners and customers all the time.
Expertly engage with customers, internal sales and operational partners to secure flawless execution of order management.
Receive, transact, confirm, release orders according to distribution agreements.
Engage with the warehouse to secure coordination and prioritization of shipments.
Provide a high level of service through both call and mail inquiries with customers and internal partners.
Govern credit/debit notes, Goods Return and FOC Execution policy to secure compliance.
High commercial performance attention – We are the heartbeat of the business, consistently focusing and committing to ensure orders are processed smoothly.

Operational Center of Excellence leading and performing LEGO Education operational processes across demand, supply, logistics and order management to generate business impact through trusted and high-quality business partnering.
While you will be passionate about the US market you will be part of a global order management team with colleagues across the world – all with the same ambitions to fulfill the orders of our customers.
Do you have what it takes?
Proficient in SAP or similar order management system.
Experienced in order processing, order management systems, and/or inventory management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Skilled at running multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Collaborative teammate with the ability to build effective partnerships across cross-functional teams.
Excellent communicator both verbal and written.
Proactive mentality, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
Adopts different ideas, opinions, and approaches to support building an inclusive culture.
Boston office-based position; minimum commutable days to office is 3 days per week.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $72,885.00 - $109,327.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
