About the Role: True North: Behavioral Health Worker

At True North, we are committed to transforming lives impacted by substance use and addiction. Through therapy, structured support, life skills training, and community reengagement, we help residents build a solid foundation for a healthier, more fulfilling future.

Our approach doesn’t stop at treatment—we collaborate with programs like Withdrawal Management, Crisis Response Teams, Intensive Outpatient, Medication-Assisted Treatment, and Recovery Support Services, ensuring comprehensive support for every step of the recovery journey.

As a Behavioral Health Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients overcome mental health and substance use challenges. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll implement individualized care plans, serve as a compassionate advocate, and provide the emotional support clients need to thrive. This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by fostering hope, resilience, and recovery in the lives of those we serve.
