Excellent opportunity for highly motivated individual to assume the Manager Accounts Payables role within the Finance organization. The organization offers opportunity to be part of a growing accounting department and develop global processes to sustain flexibility as the business needs change. Responsibilities

Be an integral part of the finance Center of Excellence team in the Accounts Payables area in for EMEA region. Specific responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and coordinate the Accounts Payables processes delivered by internal teams and outsourcing providers
• Evaluate, select, and deploy continuous improvement projects to achieve best-in-class performance
• Drive the digitalization and automation of Accounts Payable in our future ERP system
• Lead the change management associated with the projects and ensure business continuity
• Prepare and present performance reports to management, including key metrics, trends and risks
• Assist with local statutory audits
• Partner with CCR Supply Chain and Treasury to support ongoing projects

Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Master’s Degree a plus
• Experience in leading change projects within Accounts Payables area and in cooperation with the outsourcing provider is required
• Candidate must be a high performer and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, project management and facilitation skills, as well as a passion for technology and the ability to interact and influence effectively across the business and with all levels of finance management
• Candidate must have strong analytical skills as well as communication skills and a high attention to detail
• Minimum of 7+ years of related experience working for a fast-paced organization
• Leading large Accounts Payables teams is an advantage
