This internship is for summer 2026. Our internships are full-time for 12 weeks, and we offer two program timelines to align with different academic calendars.
This internship will be located in Honolulu, HI. If not already in the internship city, candidates will be required to relocate for the duration of the internship.

Key Duties
- Support supply chain improvement projects under the guidance of a management-level mentor, identifying and driving opportunities to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve service delivery across the combined Alaska Airlines x Hawaiian Airlines organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams daily including Tech Ops, Inbound/Outbound/Stores Supply Operations, Training, Analytics, Material Planning, Maintenance, and Sourcing—to align processes, share best practices, and ensure visibility of project progress and outcomes.
- Gain exposure to and develop expertise in supply chain disciplines such as inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, training, analytics, material planning, and sourcing to build a comprehensive understanding of operations.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership to influence decision-making and support the adoption of improved or merged processes.
Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills
Required
- Working toward a Bachelors degree with a focus in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Self-starter with can do attitude.
- Demonstrated flexibility in dynamic, fast-paced operational environments.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship.
- Must have achieved a junior or higher academic standing at the time of application.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel.

Starting Rate
USD $25.00/Hr.Bonus
Total Rewards
Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines and Horizon Air pay and benefits can vary by company, location, number of regularly scheduled hours worked, length of employment, and employment status.
