What You’ll Do:

The Weights & Biases Product Marketing and Content team builds positioning, messaging, field enablement, and content across channels to drive awareness and pipeline. Our goal is to help AI researchers, developers, and builders understand how Weights & Biases can help their teams evaluate, iterate, and monitor AI agents and models while taking advantage of the latest AI innovations, such as reinforcement learning.

About the role:

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing reporting to the Head of Product and Content Marketing, Weights & BIases, activate customers as references, case studies, reviewers, speakers, and advisors. The Senior Manager will partner closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to turn customers into long-term, vocal advocates for Weights & Biases to help drive product demand and adoption. We’re looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates well across teams.

Who You Are: 

Build and scale the customer reference program Own the end-to-end customer reference strategy for Weights & Biases products. Recruit, manage, and nurture customer advocates across industries, use cases, and personas. Track and report reference impact on pipeline, win rates, and deal velocity and complete customer satisfaction surveys.

Support revenue and go-to-market team. Translate complex outcomes into clear, credible customer stories. Partner with sales to provide timely customer references for active deals. Match references to buyer personas, industries, use cases, and deal stages. 

Create high-impact customer proof. Enable customer participation in webinars, events, analyst briefings, and speaking opportunities. Support review and ratings programs (e.g., G2, Gartner Peer Insights).

Preferred:

  • 8+ years of experience building and managing customer references or PMM experience 
  • Strong analytical skills to report on success of customer reference programs and anticipate changes to support continued growth
  • Self-driven and proactive to find ways to improve processes and collaborate with team members
