Gift Wrapper, Seasonal Part-Time/Casual, Trolley Square - Williams Sonoma

• Make Williams-Sonoma a gift giving destination by packaging customer purchases and ensuring immediate availability of pre-wrap cello and ‘grab-and-go’ items 

• Ensure timely gift-packaging of purchases to meet visual standards and to exceed customer expectations (within timeliness standards) 

• Engage in multiple clients and create a positive lasting impression by offering personalized service 

• Affirm the client’s purchase and offer additional merchandise suggestions 

• Promote all the services that build lasting client relationships and drive sales (in-Store/in-Home Consultations, Registry, Credit card, Clienteling) 

• Assist the sales team in providing personalized service 

• Assist sales team in providing personalized service; store client purchase at cash wrap, process holds, locate merchandise, etc. 

• Maintain visual standards and supplies of the gift wrap and cash wrap area

We’re excited about you because...  

• 1-2 years retail experience, (specialty retail preferred but not required) 

• 1-2 years customer service experience 

• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 

• High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred 

  

 

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time 

• Availability to meet the Seasonal needs of the business. Associates must be available for annual inventory and entire holiday season.  

• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75lbs. while utilizing appropriate-equipment and safety techniques 

• Ability to operate POS systems
