The Senior Manager, HR Strategy for Group and Pharmacy Services (PSS) HR organization is a high impact, high visibility role responsible for supporting the operationalization and execution of the HR strategy across multiple business units (Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness, Pharmacy Services, and Health Care Delivery). Reporting directly to the Executive Director, HR Strategy Group and Pharmacy Services, the Senior Manager will partner closely with the SVP Group HR, Frank Brown and his executive leadership team. This role serves as a delegate or lead representative to develop and execute both short- and long-term strategic plans, and drives planning, execution, and implementation of critical, high-impact projects across their organization area. This person will own various aspects of project management, data & analytics, executive level presentations, and strategic thinking. This is a dynamic role for an intellectually curious individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
This role reports to an Exec Director, Chief of Staff to drive and oversee execution for key identified initiatives
Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and provides insights for decision-making
Monitors budgets, analyzes financial performance, and supports resource allocation aligned with goals
Leads process improvements, manage workflows, and ensures efficiency in day-to-day operations
Supports internal messaging and comms planning
Coordinates, and may lead, department-level initiatives
Occasionally supports briefing materials
Builds and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating emotional intelligence and influencing skills to drive collaboration
Executes on assigned projects, communicating with all levels of stakeholder
Leverages technology, tools and resources to optimize organizational effectiveness (people, process, policy)
Required Qualifications
7+ years of overall relevant work experience
2+ years of experience working directly with executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Adept at collaboration and teamwork

Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence skills
Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $199,144.00
