We are looking for NYS licensed Physical Therapists to join our Outpatient Clinical team of health professionals in providing excellent care at our facility. Typically, you'll be working with (adult and adolescent) individuals with developmental disabilities. Our therapists provide one on one care.

As a Physical Therapist (Independent Contractor), you will perform a broad range of medically prescribed physical therapy treatments. Therapists will perform evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans for each consumer. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with all disciplines including OT, Speech, care coordinators, nurses and program staff towards achieving the established goals for each individual.

$52/session and $130/evaluation
