Account Associate

Position summary: 

We are a privately held construction insurance broker and we are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing team! This candidate will learn the basics of insurance as well as the inner workings of American Global. There is no prior insurance experience required; licensing, training and mentorship are provided.

Key responsibilities:

• Support insurance team with day-to-day needs to manage accounts
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records in data management systems
• Learn the ins and outs of our industry

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Proficient in MS Office
• Obtain your Insurance License within 12 months of employment
