POSITION SUMMARY
This position effectively manages all new construction and major renovation projects for Tech Management needs for multiple more facilities, likely to be million or more in magnitude (single project or as a program) and supervises project management staff accomplishing other, ongoing projects. Works closely with hospital leadership teams to evaluate and prioritize projects, directs the performance of Tech Management teams, tracks project costs and schedules to achieve project budget and timelines, and mitigates risk through assessment of performed work assuring compliance with quality, scope, safety and regulatory requirements. Coordinates and assigns system and facility resources to assure achievement of system priorities and facility project goals. Also provides general support to the system for the development and implementation of system wide means, methods, practices, and systems for Tec
