This MFM Ultrasound Technologist position is a full-time day shift role, working Monday- Friday 8a- 4:30p at Riley Children's Hospital.
This role is eligible for a $15,000 sign on bonus for those who qualify! IU Health also offers relocation assistance for those who are eligible.
At Riley Children’s Hospital Indianapolis, the MFM Ultrasound Technologist performs ultrasound procedures for radiological diagnosis, in a timely fashion, while demonstrating the appropriate knowledge and skills necessary to work with patients from pediatric through geriatrics. This Technologist performs independent sonographic images of maternal-fetal conditions, following physician's instructions, along with prepping and operating equipment and positioning patients correctly to record the requested diagnostic images. The Technician in this role treats patients with care and respect throughout their time within Riley Children’s Hospital.

- Basic Life Support certification required.
- Requires ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when the condition of the patient does not permit routine positioning.
- Requires active status through one of the following: American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS): Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - Obstetrics & Gynecology, RDMS (OB/GYN) or Pediatric Sonography, RDMS (PS); or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT): Registered Technologist - Sonography, RT(S). May require additional certifications/credentials specific to fetal medicine, based on practice/clinic needs.
- May be required to meet registry/certification requirements for another modality, if applicable.
- May require license from Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH), if applicable.
