Licensed Vocational Nurses- LVN FROR

Description

 We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our growing team. As an LVN in our outpatient surgery center, you will support pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. 

 Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: 

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
   
• Prepare patients for surgical procedures and assist in recovery
   
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
   
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility protocols
   
• Assist with patient education and discharge instructions
   
• Support infection control and quality assurance initiatives
   
• Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and administrative teams
• Make pre-op and post-op calls

Requirements

• Current LVN License in the state of CA
•  ACLS certification 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a patient-first attitude
• IV Certification
• CA Drivers License
