One Vision is seeking a Thrift Store Manager to lead our Fort Dodge Thrift Store!

What You'll Do

As the Thrift Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily operations, including:

• Managing store performance - product flow, inventory, and merchandising.

• Leading your team - supervising, training, and developing employees and volunteers.

• Delivering customer & donor satisfaction - ensuring positive, mission-centered interactions.

• Tracking results - monitoring KPIs, sales, and budget goals to drive growth.

• Creating a positive environment - keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of retail sales experience.

• 3+ years of leadership/management experience, including at least 1 year of running a retail store (thrift preferred).

• Background in financial oversight, inventory control, and merchandising.

• High School Diploma or GED (required).

• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to train, coach, and inspire team members.

• Comfortable with the physical side of retail (lifting, bending, standing, moving items).

Schedule

Our store hours are 10 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. Manager availability will align with store needs.
📌 Closed Sundays and all major holidays.
