About this role:
The AF Solutions Division within Boston Scientific was designed to support and treat patients with the most common heart arrhythmia – atrial fibrillation. The goal of the AF Solutions Principal Trainer is to support the growth of a best-in-market AF Solutions field force through robust training and continuous development programs. The trainer in this role act as a Global Training Liaison and will manage several new initiatives to support the Training & Development of new Mapping Specialists. These programs will involve existing technologies, such as the Rhythmia Mapping System, in addition to the newly approved FARAPULSE PFA System, which has quickly become a market leading technology since its launch in February. Boston Scientific has a best-in-class sales force in the cardiology space, and this role will play an integral part in ensuring our field force continues to learn and develop at a pace that matches the growth of the division.
Your responsibilities will include:

Acting as a Global Liaison for Internal Training, sharing best practices and supporting the training needs of our BSC partners OUS.

Evaluation
-
Building and Developing of both small-scale and large-scale COT programs.

Building & Development of supplemental training programs, to include programs held on the BSC Mobile Training Lab

Daily collaboration with several other groups
-
Fully remote based, but travel to Centers of Training and Mobile Lab locations required.

Approximately 50% overnight travel required.
What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree
-
5+ years of EP and/or lab experience with technical/clinical proficiency
-
High-energy and the ability to work in an ultra-fast-paced environment.

Self-starter with the ability to manage projects from the concept stage to fully executed programs.

Ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to prioritize projects based on business need.

Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Work collaboratively within the team and with other business functions.

Continuous improvement mindset; ability to identify existing gaps/needs for sales training improvement.

Basic competency on Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Boston Scientific EP Products
-
Extensive Transseptal, AF and/or imaging experience

Education experience within healthcare or the medical device industry
