Email Marketing Specialist

<p><br/></p><p>The NewRich Network is looking for a talented email marketing specialist to join our email operations team.</p><p>Email marketing plays a critical part of our customer acquisition strategy for all of our platforms here at NewRich Network. </p><p>Our email operations team is a key piece of our marketing strategy - and we're looking to grow our subscriber base through the email channel.</p><p>If you LOVE chasing higher Open Rates and CTR's - then we want to hear from you!</p><p>You will play a critical role on our Email Operations Team. You will report to our Email Marketing Manager and will work closely with our content writers, system admin's, and data analysts on a day to day basis.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Develop comprehensive email campaigns to support the NewRich Network and all of our web properties.</li> <li>Build and maintain email templates within our current email service provider.</li> <li>Administrate recurring newsletters and evergreen marketing tactics</li> <li>Consult with stakeholders to develop an email strategy.</li> <li>Define email list requirements and ensure emails are delivered on time to the right audiences.</li> <li>Comply with CAN-SPAM &amp; CCPA guidelines and help govern email list recipients.</li> <li>Test campaigns, making sure they render properly within various mailbox providers.</li> <li>Monitor deliverability and help remediate blocks or IP issues.</li> <li>Track progress of campaigns and update stakeholders during meetings.</li> <li>Consult with stakeholders to develop an email strategy.</li> <li>Construct and implement an all-encompassing email marketing strategy.</li> <li>Generate email lists and launch campaigns.</li> <li>Develop and design various Call-to-Actions (CTAs) and email templates.</li> <li>Assess the success of each campaign.</li> <li>Define the key performance indicators for email marketing.</li> <li>Generate and share weekly and monthly performance reports.</li> <li>Develop effective email segment lists.</li> <li>Work to increase the number of email subscriptions.</li> <li>Evaluate data to gain valuable insights.</li> <li>Propose enhancements based on analysis.</li> <li>Segment lists based on factors such as past email interaction and website engagement.</li> <li>Produce guidelines and plans for processes, A/B testing, and email-based promotional successes.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role.</li> <li>A strong background in investing and equity markets.</li> <li>Experience working at or with a very large publisher</li> <li>Detail-oriented along with a precise and clear communication style.</li> <li>Experience working closely with developers on a technical level.</li> <li>A highly collaborative, team-oriented individual comfortable with managing an experienced team.</li> <li>High proficiency in email marketing tools and analytics.</li> <li>Experience developing email marketing campaigns, including but not limited to strategy, HTML coding, and pushing tactics live into the market.</li> <li>Stay updated on all Email Service Providers (like Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud &amp; Pardot) updates and marketplace changes.</li> <li>Manage software updates and sender and delivery profiles.</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Annual Salary</strong><br/>Ranges from 20,000 to 25,000 USD<br/><br/></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>To see a list of our current benefits - head on over to <a href="http://newrich.network" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener">http://newrich.network</a>!</p><p><br/></p>
