  • Design and manage workflows and systems that deliver precision, speed, and clarity. Your work ensures our reporting is solid, our data is trusted, and our decisions are grounded.
  • With strong knowledge of domestic and international equity regulations, you’ll help us anticipate what’s coming and build sustainable compliance infrastructure that scales.
  • You’ll thrive in ambiguity, juggle competing priorities, and make smart decisions quickly. You're decisive, adaptable, and know how to move the needle when it counts.

Why This Role Matters

The work is not just stock operations—you’ll be helping thousands of employees around the globe understand and benefit from their equity. You’ll streamline the systems that support one of our most important employee programs, helping DoorDash remain a great place to build and grow.
