The Roadside Assistance Salesforce Team supports AAA's core mission of delivering legendary emergency road service to our members across multiple states. This is your opportunity to join us as a Senior Salesforce Administrator and be part of a collaborative, growing team that values innovation, support, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with fellow admins, business unit stakeholders, and technical partners to ensure Salesforce solutions meet the operational needs of our 24/7 roadside assistance services
- Work with senior business partners to gather and define business and technical requirements that align with evolving emergency road service operations
- Build and document customizations like flows, configuration settings, and process automations
- Assist our Information Systems partners with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving system issues impacting performance or business operations
- Create and maintain custom Lightning pages for the Salesforce Field Service Mobile Application
- Own and execute routine admin functions including user maintenance, page layouts, workflows, Process Builder, reports/dashboards, field creation, custom settings, and permissions
- Create and maintain custom Experience Cloud Sites supporting dashboards, reports, Knowledge articles, calendars, and access to Field Service
- Maintain process documentation.
- Mentor junior Salesforce Business Administrators, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of learning and growth
- Assist with the creation of release notes supporting ongoing and regular deployments of new features and functionality to the Org
What You’ll Need
- A senior-level mindset with the ability to recommend, direct, and implement platform best practices
- Current Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service, Salesforce Field Service Mobile Application and Salesforce core administration tools
- 3–5 years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting a large-scale org
- Strong understanding of platform features such as workflows, approval processes, page layouts, security settings, validation rules, Experience Cloud Sites, custom Lightning Page development and SMS integrations
- Experience participating in Agile teams or sprint-based development environments

The starting pay range for this position is:
$97,200.00 - $129,300.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
