The Role

The role with develop value-add engineering capabilities that help deliver customer success (example: AI enablement across the SaaS and Apps delivery function). The org has a unique proximity to the customer and often needs to develop/deploy engineering configurations that are supported by a small but impactful ‘in-house’ engineering capability. This role will deliver cutting edge, innovative solutions to our customers which make an immediate impact to our customers.

  • Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying Oracle policies and procedures.
  • Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts. Working knowledge of Oracle, products a plus but not necessary.
  • Collaborate with Senior Cloud Engineers to manage our production infrastructure, including the servers and services which support our growing client base as well as designing and implementing highly scalable environments. 
  • Help enable features and subsystems, such as on AI solutions, and help with operation’s technical requirements.
  • Design new scalable solutions for fast changing infrastructure environment with complex needs in fields like configuration deployments, monitoring, and logging.  Perform deep drill down analysis into performance bottlenecks and provide necessary fixes.  Bring in new ideas, change, evolve, improve, and simplify the production infrastructure.
