The Opportunity at Komodo Health

In this role, you’ll work with Komodo Health customers to scope projects and ensure successful delivery of Komodo analytics projects, driving customer value and satisfaction through attainment of their desired business outcomes.  

The role requires comfort communicating, consulting, and partnering effectively with HEOR and RWE clients, scoping analytic plans with effective timelines and highlighting the value of Komodo’s data to provide solutions in the space

Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have…

• Lead a team of consultants in executing HEOR/RWE studies with scientific rigor.
• Provide critical assessment of epidemiological data/literature to design, execute, and present high-impact observational/retrospective studies with the support of the research team
• Join prospective client calls and provide expertise to guide clients through the research process including academia, regulators, and HEOR/RWE clients to align on well-defined studies. 
• Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders such as sales, clinical, analytics, customer success, and data science teams
• Support prospective customers in understanding the nuances of potential studies ensuring a study that fits their needs and budget, while highlighting the value of Komodo’s data.

What you bring to Komodo Health:

• You are customer-oriented. You understand the customer needs and are able to scope solutions to meet their needs and communicate in both a technical and non-technical manner.
• You are a problem solver: You demonstrate strong logical thinking and an ability to see patterns
• You have a proficiency in quantitative reasoning: You understand the basics of data science and classical statistics and can use that knowledge to scope out a client solution. 
• You are able to support a wide variety of internal team members 
• Hands-on experience in business analytics in biopharma, including experience working with sales, marketing, market access, and other HCP, provider, payer, and patient-level data
• Advanced storytelling, communication, and interpersonal skills, and experience owning high-profile customer relationships
• Successful track record of developing business relationships with Life Science customers in HEOR/RWE
• Ability to successfully manage multiple customer relationships and projects with high quality and grace under pressure

Compensation at Komodo Health

We are committed to providing competitive compensation for all roles at Komodo Health. We carefully consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including your skills, experience, and location while balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.

The targeted base salary range for the this role is listed below and is accompanied by a competitive bonus and equity package.$168,500—$280,700 USD

Where You’ll Work

Komodo Health has a hybrid work model; we recognize the power of choice and importance of flexibility for the well-being of both our company and our individual Dragons. Roles may be completely remote based anywhere in the country listed, remote but based in a specific region, or local (commuting distance) to one of our hubs in San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago with remote work options.
