As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access awareness while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document security-related incidents, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site requirements.
• Support emergency response activities, including assisting with evacuations, access control changes, and incident reporting, while maintaining professionalism in changing site conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
