We’re seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead our data analysis efforts, providing critical insights that inform product development, marketing strategies, and business operations. This position is fully remote.

Job Description

You Will:

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Design, refine, and implement data collection processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Mentor team members to promote best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications

What We are Looking For:

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with programming languages such as Python for data analysis.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their practical applications.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $115,000-$175,000 USD. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include skills, education, training, experience, or location. This position is fully remote.
